Knocked down by a car :O?

So,about half an hour ago I was rushing to cross the street bc my bus was coming,but I didn't notice the car that was coming up.As I started crossing the road,I got knocked down.I stood up immediately and told the driver that I was fine bc at the time I wasn't feeling anything.Now I'm laying in my bed and my whole body hurts.My head probably hurts because of the shock bc I'm sure that my head did not hit the ground since my school bag protected me.My hands are still a bit shaky :( What should I do for the overall pain?

All of this is wrong. Any driver hitting a person is required by law to report the accident, even if you thought you weren't hurt.
And although it's human nature to leap up and say you aren't hurt, often that's not really true as you found out. You need to be examined as you have no idea whether there are internal injuries that aren't showing. Get yourself checked out for peace of mind, and also for pain relief as necessary.
