Can I apply to colleges in the US after I get my 12th grade results in June 2017.?

I haven't attend any exams or tests and I'm not even sure I'm going to pass some subjects this year.Where I live 12th grade starts in May 2016 and I will get the results in May/June 2017.If I apply in June 2017 will I get accepted into any of the top 50 universities and be able to start college in November 2017? I'm sure that I will be able to get a rank in the state level with at least a 98% in 12th grade as I won't have any of the problems I had this year.

I'll also need financial aid because my parents' annual income is less than 7000$ and they are already in debt. I have many certificates in extracurricular activities and I have scored 95%+ in every exam/test I've taken. I can score 2000+ in the SAT.I scored 9.8 in IELTs. Will I fail in my life because of my not doing well this year? Please help.

There is a very serious chance that I could fail Chemistry and Physics.The exams are only 4 days away.I missed 75% of all the classes this year and I couldn't understand anything that was being taught in the classes that I did attend.

If I pass I'm going to score about 40 in those subjects.I can't apply to any colleges with such low marks.I could fail this year ON PURPOSE.It will lead to a lot of humiliation and my parents...But in the end it will all be worth it,won't it? I will have enough time to actually learn everything, participate in extra-curricular activities and get more certificates. Should I do this???? Please help.

In the USA students apply to colleges before they are finished with high school. Students apply first semester of their last year in HS, senior year/12th grade,

If accepted it is on the contingency of their senior grades

If you want to start school in the USA a Fall 2017- the start of the school year here- then you need to apply this fall. (Most universities start classes the end of August). Applications for the Fall 2017 school year will open up in September 2016. Most deadline dates to apply will be 1/1/17. You will need to take the SAT and have your results back in time to apply.

As an international student there is very little financial aid or scholarships available to you. As an international student there is a lot of extra costs you have to have the money for: health insurance , personal expenses, travel costs, books.
Let say you get a rare full tuition scholarship
Room and board -$8000-$13,000 per year
Books-$1000+ per year
Health insurance-plan on At Least $2000 per year
And it can cost $25-$75 per application to apply to US schools.

I would not get your hopes up. Going to school in another country is a luxury that is expensive. If you do not have the funds you will need don't pursue it.

You will need to apply, be accepted, prove you can pay and then apply for a student visa.
