It is bad. You don't want to end up there. Get saved through Jesus Christ and accept Him as your Lord and savior.
In hell your immortal soul is destroyed forever which is why Revelations calls it the second death. It is the final punishment there is no future in hell or anywhere once your soul is destroyed.

In my imagination it's a Bible study class... that lasts for eternity. No, wait a minute, that IS pretty bad!!
I rather suspect it's not nearly as bad as the church people say.

But hell will be nothing which can be compared with in this life. It will be a place of utter darkness (Matthew 22:13). It will be a place of eternal torment (Luke 16:23). And the fire is not quenched and the worm dies not (Mark 9:43-44). And it will be cast into the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:14).
Well, it's fictional. So it can be as good or as bad as you can imagine.
Hell is mankind's grave. When you pass a cemetery what do you see? There is nothing going on at the graves which is hell.

it is, dont worry, the way to not be sent to spirit sheol or the lake of fire or outer darkness is to accept jesus christ and learn repentance and obedience. beleive me, hell is not so fun.
