40 hours may include weekends" , how many days w week is 40 hours?

Usually 5 days at 8 hours eachI have worked places where it was 10 hours a day for 4 days
But if the place is open on weekends you may be required to work some weekends and get other days off
One of the jobs I had I worked 12 hours a day for 3 days (36 hours but got paid for 40), worked every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, best work schedule I ever had

It depends on how many hours you work on those days. Normally it is 5 eight hour days.

usually 5 - 8hr days, so if you work any weekend days, you would probably have 1-2 days off, Mon-fri

That's full time employment. Any where from 8-9 hrs a day.

That generally means 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, and the work schedule may include Saturday and Sunday as those 5 days. Other types of jobs have 10 hour days, 4 days a week but that is more common in health care. You need ask them specifically - but it is *probably* the traditional 8 hour day 5 days a week.
