How many days a week is 40 hours at work?

Usually 5 days at 8 hours each
I have worked places where it was 10 hours a day for 4 days
But if the place is open on weekends you may be required to work some weekends and get other days off
One of the jobs I had I worked 12 hours a day for 3 days (36 hours but got paid for 40), worked every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, best work schedule I ever had

It depends on how many hours you work on those days. Normally it is 5 eight hour days.
