想問下大家 租者置其居買賣程序是如何處理 需要怎麼手續 如賣給親戚是經由地產/律師數去處理 需要補地價才出售嗎 有沒有經驗人士可以指導下嗎?

A TPS property works the same way as the HOS property.

So unless it is a qualified transfer, the market difference must be paid.

There is no need for real estate agents to be involved. But you will still need a lawyer for the documentation.
