I need help from someone knowledgeable please? 10 points?

I met this girl a year ago. There was no contact until the past winter. I was with my group of friends one day and noticed that girl staring at me. I thought nothing of it, until that time turned into months with her still staring. I made attempts to talk to her, but she sounded monotone and was always in a hurry. Her friends always stared at me. I messaged her one day and she told me that she had a be and did not want to talk. I made it very clear that I just wanted to be friends. But she still went on about having a bf and other stupid things. . she seemed kind of arrogant so I left it. I did happen to see her with someone, maybe a "bf" but idk. Now she gives me these looks.. She always used to be around his arm when I happened to see her, but now they never appear together. She's always alone. Idrc what happened with them, I'm just kind of tired of dealing with it and don't really have the energy to do anything. I wrote something in my notes that I plan on sending her in June , since I'll prob never see her again. It talks about how she acted and how everything went down. Retrospect if you will. Could it change something? Thanks.
