Are the Mexican states Durango and Coahuila considered Euro-Mestizo or Balanced Mestizo states?

By that Iean if the average person from these states are Euro-Mestizo (more European than Indigenous) or Balanced Mestizo (Equally Indigenous and European)

Still (you keep on asking this - don't somehow think "people don't know" or "you're really sly"), it depends on the person. Do you REALLY think officials there have said "oh, you're this-and-this, so you can only live in this one state?" Does that happen in Canada? Does that happen in the US? Do you have OCD?
