Can I use my university grant money to pay for my university course fee?

I'm going to uni in 7 months and I really do not want to take out a loan (I know it's what everybody does but i'm just worried I won't be able to pay it back and will always have it, as i'm disabled and can't work). So i'm entitled to roughly £5,128 of grant fees, and my course fee is £3,810.
Am I allowed to pay this fee with my grant money? or will I have to pay for the course before I get the grant money?

Generally a grant is set up so that it pays the tuition instead of you. If there is any money left over, then it comes to you as cash. But this is a question to ask the financial aid advisor at your school as every grant is different.

ask whoever is giving the grant to make sure it SHOULD be for educational expenses

probably before . If you can't work you have no worries as you have to be earning like 22k before they can start deducting money from you . After a certain amount of years the debt gets wiped anyways
