特區護照,國籍寫CHN
但我地算唔算係中國籍呢?
但大陸個邊先叫做中國籍,渣大陸護照,但香港既人有冇話真係走去申請特到大陸護照?
另一方面...
BN(O).....無英國居留權....
佢英國有分好多國籍,我地填British National(Oversea),咁佢又算唔算英籍?
(現實係大陸同台灣係唔承認,其他國家就承認)

2. Only in an extreme case.
In order to apply for a Chinese (Mainland) Passport, the Hukou (戶口) document is required. Since a Home Return Permit holder is not subject to the Hukou system, there is no way for a HKSAR/Macau SAR resident to obtain a Chinese (Mainland) Passport.
The only exception is diplomatic passports - As the Immigration Department does not issue its own diplomatic passports, certain individuals in Hong Kong/Macau are eligible for a Chinese Diplomatic Passport.
