Will I lose weight/ grow muscle?

Okay so here's my diet plan, for breakfast I'll be eating oatmeal and a banana. For lunch I'll eat whatever there is for dinner(it's usually healthy anyways) and at night I drink green tea. My workout is small right now, I do 2 sets of 10 push ups in the morning, and 2 sets of 10 push ups at night. I do two 1 min planks also, then I go for a 1 hour jog/walk. I'll be doing this for two weeks and then I'll start adding more exercises. Will I see results? I'll also be cutting all junk food and only drink water

you could lose weight and develop toned muscles but you won't get bigger muscles. toned means that your muscle become hard to the touch because you built up tension in them. they didn't get bigger.
If you are in a calorie deficit to lose weight you can't gain muscle. It takes extra calories to develop muscle .
if it didn't then bodybuilders wouldn't have to eat like pigs.

You won't gain muscle on that exercise routine. Not enough. Not enough food for muscle gain either. You will get stronger, but you wont' gain mass.

Yes, you should lose weight as long as you stick to the age-old adage: burn off more calories than you consume.
