A speed loader is for a revolver ! Few Japanese police even carry a gun .

No most there have autos. Here were I live they do as most have a .44 revolver. But they also have a shotgun or rifle. Both can go full auto. For a rifle spare clip, shot gun ammo on there belt loops. One good thing about here we have less crime than Japans National average were I live. But Japan also has some safe areas better than here for lack of crime.
