Enrolling into community college in June - July for Spring Semester?

I've been studying for the CHSPE exam because I plan to take it in June. However, i just realized that( assuming I receive the certificate in July) it would be too late to enroll. What are my options

Not happening in our country.
Spring semester start in January.
U can apply at local community colleges for Fall semester starting in August.
Local adults can explain the process locally
