What does this mean?

Self-destructive and self-loathing behavior to such an extreme the individual is indifferent to or simply not interested in the consequences.

It means you need to fix some things. If you cant and the doctor cant ask God to help you get along. Get those dark feelings out of your life before they totally consume you.

Someone is addicted to hurting themselves and/or hating themselves, so much so that they constantly obsess over it.
