I just bought and started preworkout yesterday, I did one scoop and felt nothing, I did 2 scoops today and it's 300mg caffeine and nothing.?

So caffine has zero effects on your body throw that rubbish out the door and lift normal.

i train fasted and something on blk coffe i lift more than i do drinking a bullshit per workout.

what pre-workout is it? if you see "proprietary blend" on the label, then avoid it like the plague because the ingredients are underdosed and you are simply wasting your money on a garbage supplement. for pre-workout to work effectively, you have to use it on a relatively empty stomach. if you have a big starchy meal before you take it, then it won't kick in effectively. also, how is your tolerance? if you take it daily, then you're going to have to take more and more to feel the same effects, which is why you should cycle your pre-workout to when you legitimately need it (ie before heavy squats or deads)
