I want to know what are students in "Hotel Management College" taught?
I love cooking and this is the only college provided to me to which I think I can expand my cooking skills and become a professional cook. So I am not sure if I entered this college it will get me what I want? I want to know exactly what they are taught.
Thanks for your answers

A professional cook is called a chef.
Hotel Management is a management course; not a catering qualification.
Cooking school would be different than hotel management programs, which are basically commerce programs with a hospitality focus. Look at the whole program and how much cooking you'd end up doing - if you're more interested in being a chef, look at vocational programs in that.
