Is this person a physopath or a sociopath? And can they get help?

I think the person I spoke to online is a sociopath. The guy said he doesn't think killing an innocent person is wrong & he wouldn't object to killing someone because according to him everyone dies so what's wrong with cutting someone's life early. He feels no emotions for others, & thinks emotions are weak & not having emotions makes you stronger. Every time I point his behavior out he just gets agressive & insists that he doesn't care about the feelings of others & be doesn't care what happens to his family. He just talk a lot about how much stronger he is not to have emotions.
