Why is my ex still talking about me?

We've been broken up a good month now and he's the one who ended it but I keep hearing from his friends that hes saying stuff about me? Like he's telling people I was dying to have sex with him (Im 16) and his friend texted me the other night asking me do I still talk to him but I don't because he just sends me a text every so often but he never answers if I answer back so I don't know if he still has feelings or what?
