It depends what genre you're talking about. I think the top answer right now would be Adele, but many people could probably argue otherwise.

depends on the genre because different genres like for Metal it would be between Rob Zombie or Ozzy Osbourne because between these two they have defined metal but if it was a subgenre of metal like Nu Metal then it would be between Korn's lead vocals Jonathan Davis or Slipknot and Stone Sour Corey Taylor and it just depends on the genre of music ok and I know people who are reading this well say aww your so wrong but know what if I had to say who is the best singer/vocals then I would pick between Jonathan Davis and Corey Taylor and maybe Wayne Static but it is like saying what is the best car or the best video game or the best pet because some people will say dog others cats and maybe some will go with goldfish so it all depends and also the only person that should say is you your the person who you is the best singer two you because everyone has an option

There hasn't ever been a 'best' singer in the world as music is a very personal thing, people might think Adele would be and other people might say someone like Bob Dylan, it really is just down to personal preference. Sorry I couldn't give you a real answer.

I think Demi Lovato, Brendon Urie. Their vocal ranges are so extremely from end to end, it's insane. Also going to go with Mariah and Sia.

Can't really be properly argued over, it's everybody's own preference. My vote goes to Matt Bellamy though.
