我在你們網站購買東西我的訂單編號是P3235491 你們給我的UPS寄件編號是 1Z7207XR0491582699 但實際上你們總共分成三箱寄過來台灣以下是另外兩個UPS寄件編號 1Z7207XR0490309718 1Z7207XR0494325505 我三箱加總一共購買19樣商品但由於你們每一箱的清單都使用19樣商品的總清單所以海關在進行課稅的時候以為這三箱分別都是有19樣商品的因此原本只會課一次稅金變成被課了三次稅由於差異太大，因此我暫時沒有簽收包裹由於台灣的海關規定是課稅後就不會更改稅金加上是你們出了問題，沒有把每一箱的清單打清楚想請問你們要怎麼處理這個錯誤？是我拒收你們退款給我還是退回去把清單重新整理好後再寄過來？謝謝
