What should i get, ps4 or xbox1?

There are a few more games for PS4, and better indie support, however, its online service has always been subpar compared to Xbox live, which is a far more secure network. Where Ps4 has a handful of nice exclusives, so does Xbox. Xbox one is a little better with apps, if your using them. It also has upcoming cross platform games with PC. PS4 has one huge hardware issue in that it has an internal power supply (something not done since the 80s). This is problematic as external power supplies are easily replaceable, the PS4 has to have factory servicing if it breaks (and they do). They both have rather small internal storage drives, however the Xbox one takes about 30 seconds to add an external HD quick and easy. The process for PS4 takes hours and requires removal of the existing drive. You don't go very long in the current gen before you need more storage.

I have both, and my opinion is:

Get what your friends have to start. 90% of mine have Xbox One, so I play it more and the experience is more fun with friends.

PS4 looks better and takes up less space.

Xb1 is prone to crashing, and isn't as powerful in terms of software, however I find the PS4 controller extremely uncomfortable.

Ps4 has better exclusives, also.

PS4 bro. More exclusives, better lighting, cooler looking, and is made for games. I have an Xbox 360, PC, Xbox One, PS4, and prefer PS4 out of all.

The Xbox One graphics are the best i've seen so far and I have it myself and personally recommend it to you.

Xbox one is better all around. Trust me you will not regret it if you get the Xbox One

they are both virutally the same console. while the ps4 may have better hardware for better graphics and fps, unless you have a good tv that shows it, it may not matter. plus, games have been proven already to run better on an xbox one anyway. the ps4 is still a good system and offers great games as well as the xbox one.

it depends on what games you want to play. if you want halo, forza, sunset overdrive, dead rising, titanfall get an xbox one.

if you want uncharted, no man's sky, bloodbourne, infamous, get a ps4.

they have more exclusives you can find on their respective websites, and if one console has more exclusives you want to play, get that one.

remember, games like assassin's creed, call of duty, battlefield, GTA V, mirror's edge, Madden NFL, NBA, NHL, and other games will be available on both consoles.

if you have friends that play on either console, and want to play with them, then get that one.

they're basically the same console and can do similar stuff. both have pros and cons. it just depends on which console you won't feel bad about spending $300-$400 on.

I would get an xbox one the graphics are better its been proven better exclusives better controller better apps better community not everyone on the xbox one is a jerk like on ps4 don't listen to the ps4 fanboys they will try to corrupt you they will lie to you so you will choose ps4 just don't listen to them

I have both personally I like the Xbox 1. I like the format. More people Ik have it so it's really cool to play online. The only problem is the ps4 has really good controls

From PS1 to PS4 I went for a Playstation so I would suggest you get an XBOX. PS made me think like a robot.

I can watch a video, play Halo and take a screenshot at the same time on the Xbox One. Get it.

I prefer to choose Xbox.

It all comes down to what games do you want? You don't want to get a PS4 and realize you want Halo or get a Xbox and want uncharted. Look at what exclusives are out there and think about want you want.

Another thing is what your friends play on. If they are all on one console don't buy the other, simple as that. Adding to that, also try and demo both of them, most stores have displays of both. If you play call of duty you might prefer the larger Xbox controller but if you're into fighting games the PS 4 controller might feel better.

If you go to a game store a good salesperson will go over pros and cons of both and should be able to show you all of the exclusives. Be wary of the people who just say one or the other and just dog on the other. They are getting to expensive to buy one and then wish you had the other.

I would get whatever your friends have. Unless you're looking at each of them in a side-by-side comparison, you can't really tell the difference in power. If you get what everyone you know has, you will ultimately have more fun.

Alright honestly it all comes down to game exclusives and where your friends are at. Don't worry about the specs and stuff because honestly I can't even see a difference in graphics between XB1 and PS4.

So game exclusives for XB1 are
Rise of the tomb raider, a really nice singleplayer game with a SEXY protaganist
Halo 5 really fun online game that has a decent community
Forza 6 best racing game ever
and more to come like quantum break little cup etc.

PS4 exclusives are
Bloodborne super cool singleplayer game
uncharted basically tomb raider
and a bunch of fun no name games

PlayStation 4 is faster, more powerful, has slightly better graphics, more space to download games, more exclusives, better indie support and more players. The only downside is it is more expensive, but besides that the choice is obvious!

My advice is to get a ps4 then get you a computer because one all of xbox1 exclusive are going to pc and you could build your own gaming pc its cheaper then paying someone to do so I say ps4 and pc even though pc wasn't option just don't waist your money on a xbox1 because a lot of the games that are coming out use up a lot of space that xbox1 don't have

it depends what you want i haven't played on Xbox One however from wha ti have heard they both perform almost exactly the same, in the end it boils down to one thing GAMES just pick which console has the exclusives you like.

It all depends on quality and games. The ps4 has better graphics but the Xbox one runs smoother. Also game wise, if you are looking for exclusives in games like how the division will have exclusive Xbox content while destiny has exclusive ps4 content. There are more games that do it to both consoles. Also exclusive games as well like bloodborne for ps4 and Halo for Xbox one. I have both so I don't have this issue thankfully but I use them equally. Also, you should ask your friends what they have so you can play with them. All in all tho. I say just save up for a good desktop since it has better graphics, mods, and runs smoother. That's what I'm doing.
