You'd have to explain exactly how you came to that conclusion. The wording of this question implies strongly that there's another side to this.
You could sue - but you'd lose. The employer would have grounds to be concerned that you couldn't commit to the requirements of the job, like overtime, travel, etc.
No, you cannot sue for being denied a job because you plan on seeking an education. You can only sue if you were denied employment because of race, color, religion, or national origin. You have to understand, you are not entitled to a job just because you apply for it. An employer could deny you for any number of reasons as long as it is not one of the protected classes I listed above. More than likely they need someone who has a schedule that is more flexible than that of a student.
No. Employers have the right to decline applicants in many circumstances. This sounds like a legit reason.
No it is completely legal to not hire someone that isn't going to be around long.
Getting an education isn't a protected class.
Sue for what? Students are not a protected class. Evidently they want someone who has more open availability.
