HELP!!is it a mouse?

Ok so I woke up yesterday and before yesterday at 3-4 before yesterday I woke up went to get water and tried to go back to sleep but heared the handle of my bedroom door start jiggling I didn't see it but I heared it
Then yesterday (last night) I woke up at 4 because my younger sister woke me up telling me she was scared I asked her if she heared something she said she heared the handle of the door or something was moving so I was wondering if it could be a mouse as I know our house has mice so is the mouse able to cause the handle of my floor jiggle the door was opened

Also I'm 13 and I don't know if it could be a mouse or the air but I don't think it was windy enough for the door handle to jiggle

I'm very scared I'm about to go to sleep in a couple of hours but right now I'm just scared Mybe it's a ghost my brother has experienced it before I told my mum and she said it might be the air or a mouse
So is a mouse able to cause the door handle to jiggle?!? And is there a way to calm me down and I'm so scared?!

Also I don't want to jump into the conclusion of our house having a ghost as the house has no deaths like nobody of my family died and the house is a flat so I don't think anything has happened
