talking with your exes is not cheating unless you're in an actual relationship with said ex

Watching porn isn't cheating. Having a normal conversation with an ex or another person on facebook isn't cheating. Porn addiction isn't cheating, it's a sickness, an addiction, But almost all guys look at porn- this doesn't make them porn-addicted. Perhaps look up the def of addiction to porn.

Meanwhile, cheating on someone involves having in-person, physical sexual contact with someone outside of your relationship.

Some people talk with their exes, by the way. I have one i talk with occasionally online. There is no romantic or sexual talk. It's normal, every day conversation about our families and our lives right now.

Cheating would imply there was rules in the first place. Last I checked, life had no rules other than don't die and don't kill anyone.
