Pregnancy Question?
Can you get preggo if you are on birth control for years, go on that little break where you take the iron pills and have your period, and then have unprotected sex before you take the next "real" pill?

The way the pills work is that you never, at any point, make an egg. Not during your cycle, not on your break days.
In other words, you didn't have unprotected sex, you had sex while on birth control.
Of course you can get an STD, etc. but only rarely a baby (there is a tiny failure rate for all birth control pills).
