How do I make myself actually get up when I wake up?
Lately,I have struggled to get out of bed despite waking up at a decent time to go to my lab .The result is that I fall asleep again and end up going to the lab in about 1~1.5 hourslater than i really want to .How do I make myself actually get up when I wake up?

You need to stand up. When you wake up and remain in bed, you are making the idea of going back to sleep to easy. Another trick is to put your alarm clock across the room requiring you to get out of bed to turn it off. And at the very least get an alarm clock with a snooze button.
before sleeping tell your mind wake me up at TI:ME and keep ur alarm far from bed., in morning when u woke up drink some chilled cold water.
the water will make your sleep vanish.
