破產完結後可否向銀行辦理取回樓契?

本人有一居屋與太太聯名物業，但本人曾經破產，現時破產令以完結，請問可否向銀行辦理取回樓契？

The answer of your question is irrelevant.
Even the bank can release the deed back to you, the property can't be sold.
