Why is this laptop so cheap?

That's not really cheap, that's the going price for what they are offering. The integrated GPU and slower hard drive lower the price a bit, and there isn't much there that makes me think it should cost more. If anything, that might even priced a bit too high. You figure if you're looking for a gaming machine for newer games, it's gonna be problematic. So you'd be better off just buying a gaming desktop with more power, RAM, and a good video card. It would either be the same price, or perhaps even cheaper. If you're not in for the gaming and just want something to do basic tasks with, then you'd probably have just as much success with something that only cost $350-$400. Everyone has difference preferences and needs though.

3 simple reasons:
1) Slow hard drive (5400rpm is fine for secondary drives but not great for a main drive)
2) Junk resolution. Laptops now-a-days should have at least 1920x1080 resolution
3) Integrated video chip which basically means you can't play any recent games on it.

It's probably because of the quality of the laptop build. It's very plasticy. Also, it lacks a dedicated GPU. But I believe this is how much laptops can be.

I would not consider $ 650 as cheap !! I can buy almost 10 refurbished PC's for that price

It is Not Cheap (nor inexpensive). Price for equipment that it Does have is Reasonable.

It really is possibly due to top quality with the notebook develop. It is rather plasticy. Furthermore, that is lacking in a separate GPU. Yet I really believe this is one way significantly notebooks may be..

It isn't cheap. It's also a scam. You have presented this as being unbelievably cheap when it isn't. h, and it has an affiliate ID embedded in it. I wonder who that credits?

A very high-grade business laptop, but near useless for gaming beyond desktop puzzles. The informed will be able to tell you the little unprinted small print, that's essentially it.
