Which Internship looks more impressive?

I live in NH right now, I just landed an internship with the governor of NH. Should I settle with that, or would an internship in the private sector with a well known business look better to future employers. For the record I am an Economics major and I want to go to law school eventually

Instead of worrying about how the internship "looks", think about your future plans and the skills and relationships you need to develop to get there.
Then, compare what you are likely to LEARN at each internship, along with what you would be able to CONTRIBUTE to each, focusing on your current skills as well as the skills you hope to develop.
Frankly, if your primary concern is which internship "looks most impressive", you don't deserve either one of them.

That depends what career track you eventually want: public or private. Which will help you learn the skills you will need better?
