I'm a junior and I have a 2.0 gpa and it second semester, is it to late to bring my gpa up to a 3.0? Cause I really wanna go to a university?

Yes, it's too late. If you took the same number of credits every semester and get all A's from now on, your highest possible GPA when you graduate (and that's too late to apply for colleges) would be (2.0 * 5 + 4.0 * 3) / 8 = 2.75. Realistically, however, you only have a few more months to raise your GPA before colleges will see it.
Well I'm a sophomore in high school and I need do better as i guess I'm kind of lazy and mind right brained (left handed) mind wanders too much so I need to stay focused more in school thoughts, so the first person I think should get best answer
If in USA u can attend local community colleges for actual education locally.
