Does anyoneknow how to unlock icloud actuvation lock. ( not stolen), (bought offf ebay)?

You bought a iPad and it wants the pass word contact seller immediately if no response open a case and demand a return because the device dosent work!

Some sellers just forget to go to their account and mark the device as sold.

Some are stollen and you won't get the seller to supply the code.

Don't wait long you have a limited time to file a case and a locked iPad can't be hacked

It's not possible, it is part of the basic anti-theft system.
(Not much of a deterrent if it could be bypassed...)

If it were not stolen the person you bought it off could give you the activation password.

Report the seller and get your money back.

No-one does as it is not possible.

If you bought it off Ebay locked you just received stolen property.
