Bioshock Infinite crashing to desktop without any error few secs after the first logo..How to Fix?

i had played and finished bioshock infinite already just a week or two before but now...
i upgraded my OS to windows 7 64bit(which 32bit Before)..And have downloaded all direct X and c++ redistributes updates..but i start the and after a few seconds just show the first logo whichever it is..(i tried changing and removing them too...but no results)It Ran Perfectly On the 32bit before...
now...i believe i could have some problems with direct X or c++ redistributes but i am not sure...

I Really Need A Fix....Oh And Also Tried The Compatibility Settings And run as administrator also disabling my kaspersky...no results...Thanks In Advance

Yep Also Tried Reinstalling About 4 times....And CCleaner as well and the firewall part too.... also i have ran several cmd Sfc Scannow...scans...

Presumably it's running via Steam?

Go to the Steam library, right-click the game, go to Properties, the Local files tab then "Verify integrity of Game cache"

That should check all the game files and fix any errors.

Maybe let the game through the firewall? Or maybe you're missing a .dll file and the error isn't showing up. These might not work, but just do some research.
