I take the pills every day, never skipped, no problems, now I m on the sugar pill and took an ovulation test, it tested positive. I had unprotected intercourse (But used pull-out method).
Should I take after-pill?
And also, how can I be ovulating if I m on the pill?

You aren't ovulating. OPKs test for fsh, which all women have in their bodies all the time. That's why the test looks positive. Why not check your prostate and exam your testicles for cancer while you are taking tests for no reason?
