Can you clear the history on your DVR?

If I want to watch a show but I dont want other people in the household to see it, is there a way for me to delete that I've ever watched it?

Depends on the DVR. My DirecTV DVR has no history of deleted shows, so once it's deleted it's gone and no way to see it.
