after collision
p = (M1 + M2) v = (0.01 + 0.19) (10) = 5.0 kg*m/s

B
momentum was conserved
5.0 kg*m/s

C
before
p = M1 V1
5.0 = 0.01 V1
V1 = 500 m/s

A.the momentum after collision

Pf = (m + M)v = .5*10 = 5 kg.m/s ANS.

B.the momentum before the collision

Same as A from the conservaton of momentum, i.e., Pi = Pf = 5 kg.m/s ANS.

C. The velocity of the bullet

v = Pi/m = 5/.01 = 50 m/s. ANS.
