How can you tell if your pregnant when your on the pill?

First of all: If you are on the pill and you miss a period; don't get careless -- just keep on taking your pill as usual and don't skip any pills. It won't hurt the baby, even if you ARE pregnant. If you miss your period at the end of your next pill cycle (rare), you can be pretty sure you are pregnant. Then, see a doctor, and he will be able to tell immediately if you're pregnant, or if you are not.

Missed period followed by a positive test.

A pregnancy test would be positive.

Take a test. Being on BC doesn't skew the results.

Late period, same as if you weren't on the pill, followed by a pregnancy test, same as if you weren't on the pill.
