Does nuvaring cause ovulation?

Do you ovulate while on nuvaring because I started my period last monday and put my ring in last Saturday. But the day I removed the ring my period started. Is there a chance that I ovulate cuz I had unprotected sex for a little then put on a condom

There should be no ovulation even if you use the ring on a 3 weeks on 1 week off basis. Even if you didnt use condoms and he came inside every time the chances of pregnancy are low. If he finishes inside you while wearing and condom and you are using the ring as well them you would be very unlucky to get pregnant.

No you dont ovulate as it is the same as the pill and i presume you have been using it for at least 2 months before you are protected? Are you putting it in at the correct time, you startde period last monday and put it in on saturday? You put it in and leave it for 3 weeks then remove for a week to have period
