Everyone would be independents.
When people go to vote, they would have to know the individual candidates and who they are and what they support, instead of assuming who they are by looking at their political party.
More people would know more about politics and people would recognise the corrupt candidates. There would also be more to choose from as a whole bunch of independents would be on the ballot paper, rather than the two party system.

Hard to say. Political factions seem to be a constant in human society. Even absolute monarchies have had court factions. Even in legally non-partisan elections, there are factions.

Elections would be even crazier, but still bought and paid for.The problem is the bankers and lobbyists controlling things..The political parties are just for show.

People wouldn't know who to vote for. A lot of people only vote by party.

Probably less biased on who they vote for. No candidates are their party, so they won't just vote for their party, but see who they agree with the most and would do a good job in whatever the candidate is running for. But, it would be harder to describe what you believe and what you're looking for in a candidate, so that's a disadvantage.

Even though we'd all be independent, there'd still be liberals, conservatives, and centrists.

Maybe better.
