Don't ask why I'm asking but I'm curious and can't seem to work it through my head? It would make sense for a headmaster or headmistress of a private school to have their children attend the same school they work at yes?

Well not necessarily. Some headteachers might think there is a conflict of interest in having their own children attend, in the same way that a doctor does not treat members of his/her own family. So it's not a given.

Make sense? No, it makes no sense to have a child where every teacher would be scared to death of having the rath of god, the head of the school, to come down on them if precious were disciplined etc.

Why not? Just because they run the school does not mean their kids would get any special attention, positive or negative, at least not if I were running the school.

The only thing I would not want to do is run a class and have one of my children in that class, unless I was the ONLY person doing the course in that school.

If they believe it is in the best interest of their children then yes it would make sense for them, they would just need to have someone else deal with any problems with the children.
