what hair colour is this? blonde or brown?

it looks like the picture was taken with flash. It looks like a light brown. Ginger would be a more orangey tone even if it was strawberry blonde it would look like the picture I attached.
Nice hair though and don't worry what colour it is your gorgeous and enjoy your life!
