本人22/3破產令期滿，甘係咪代表23/3開始已經解除左破產令？ 跟住，如果打算去銀行開一個普通户口，可唔可以呢？

a. Your bankruptcy can only be discharged automatically if you meet all the requirement.

b. Even automatic, a proof of discharge will be still required.

2. No unless you have the proof of discharge.

需要向開戶銀行出示「破產解除証明書」才可以。
