Is there a city I can visit where it is always Christmas? Such as Leavenworth in Washington?

Even Leavenworth does not have Christmas all the time. They are a copy of what many think a German village looks like but that does not make it Christmas. I was ther ein July one year and there was no sign of Christmas.
