Can i reser my ps4 system and do a new account?
And if not is it ok to ask one if my friends to gave me one of their accounts and i will use that?

YES, you can reset your PS4 to factory settings, and open a new account. You'll need a new email address to link it to.
You CAN'T use a friends, because PSN will detect that two people are using it at the same time, and I'm sure your friend wouldn't be happy with you messing up his scores and trophys.
