Can i reser my ps4 system and do a new account?
And if not is it ok to ask one if my friends to gove me one of their accounts and i will use that?
My account got banned from ps4?

If it's an account ban, just create a new account and you're good to go. You've lost anything that was tied to the banned account, though.
If it's a console ban, then it doesn't matter where an account is created, that console will never connect to the PSN again.

If it was an ACCOUNT ban, then you can reset you console and open a new account. It would need to be linked to a brand new email address too.
However SOME things, such as using hacks and custom firmware, can get a CONSOLE ban, in which case it won't work at all.
