can someone tell me how to make my hair look like this?

Try using a larger curling wond and alternating the hairs direction every section. Once you have your entire head curled, let your hair cool down for a min or two and spray it with a workable holding spray. Use a wide tooth comb or finger comb your hair out. If it's still to curly, leave it alone and the curls will continue to loosen up
