There's already a place called "Firehouse Subs." A place called "Firehouse Burgers" would just seem like a ripoff.

If burgers are your main menu item, then "Firehouse Burgers" sounds the most appealing. If however you offer a wider variety, then "Firehouse Grill" has an awesome ring to it.

I imagine a place with a firefighter theme. If this is your intention, I would visit several local fire stations and ask about their typical fare.

I would not go TOO overboard to the point that you are "corny" or "lame", but I would try for down-to-earth and "folksy". (such as "The Captain's Favorite" burger, or "Joe's Wife's Potato Salad"). DO NOT have your employees wear stupid plastic red helmets or have beer taps in the shape of fire hydrants!

Also, it would be good if you had an item where the proceeds go to a firefighter's cause (such as to families of 9/11 victims).
