Clara, your going to have to check the list of registered business names, to see your not contravening the Act. It seems, with one of the names you are.

Think of this. One of the guys that comes here to watch the baseball or Hockey on the big idiot box is a firefighter at a local firehouse here. When it's here I either make stew and biscuits, or what I call "3 Alarm" chili.

I make a damn hot chili girl. Maybe if your going to be situated near a fire house, you can call it "3 Alarm"

I'd just go with something simple like "get stuffed" you don't want to be calling it a specific thing because what if it doesn't sell? You want a name so you can sell anything.. Your customer base could be Catholic and then you might have to add fish items for Fridays, or they could be builders so they will want a fry up, etc.

Hook & Ladder is nice, but there are a few restaurants already called that. Might need to check you're not violating any TMs.

firehouse is the name of a sub shop so I don't think you can use that.
