Having checking with my staff this morning, it is clear that they have been taken an appropriated action for you on last Thursday's afternoon immediately. If possible, kindly let us know how about the satisfaction after the action is done to you and hopefully it can satisfy your expectations.

Once more, I sincerely apologize if our staff have brought to you any inconvenience.

除了句子的文法需要修改外,中文人對職員都會是讀成”我的員工”或”我的下屬”,但英文習慣公文上不會說是my staff而會用our以表示你作為”公司”的一份子的角色。你在尾句有用our staff道歉在全篇的對比下令你感覺不是你在認錯(雖然句子是你apologize),英語人看到的是”I apologize that THEY did something wrong”.

另外你的寫法中夾雜了多複雜的表達,例如take appropriate action last Thursday其實已可交代 (對方是當事人對於是否在當天的下午或是否immediately已心裏有數吧),不需要加上這些無謂的形容詞使你的句子長長的很長的。另外let us know how about the satisfaction…and can satisfy …究意你是「要對方回答confirm確認他滿意還是仍不滿意」還是「你希望對方滿意」這兩種句法和意思混合在一起。

以上指出構思句子內容的問題,文法的問題更多錯,所以不多講。Having checking (連錯Having checked / After checking / After checked), they have been taken (passive voice是否表示”你的職員被迫去做那行動”)。

其實你這信函/便條給客人交代已經完成的事,假如你對這事件仍有懷疑對方的滿意度,則不要寫信(通訊)形式去交代你今早Check了你員工的工作報告,對方沒有需要知道的,假如我收到你這信告訴我「上星期四immediately完成了的工作,你今天早上才跟有關負責做的職員查核」的話,我實在不太satisfaction了。
因此我會建議你改寫一則問候便條:

I am writing to follow-up on the incident last Thursday that might have caused inconvenience to you. According to my understanding, our staff had taken appropriate action and fixed the problem then. I hope everything works well since and the situation is still satisfied.

This is to let you rest assured that we will do our best to help should you encounter problems that you think we can render our assistance.

I wish you the best and thank you.
