Fortunately no.Scratched? Yes.
When I was a kid another kid's mom got mad at me and scratched me on the face.
The cops came, but my stepdad didn't press charges. I'm guessing he wasn't the one who called.
It was outside the apartment complex so it could've been anybody.

My brother accidentally hit me in the face with a pipe and broke my cheek bone, my fault for not catching it.
