ABC Company has been closed. 想問問這裏用現在完成式是不是指出由過去直至現在"ABC Company 倒閉"這件事已經發生。

Present perfect tense denotes present results of past actions.Note that the words:-ever,never,for and since are used.
Use "for" when refer to a period of time and "since" refer to a point of time in the past.
eg:-ABC Company has just been closed.for a period of time.
eg:-ABC Company has been closed since a day.
For action that is completed recently
eg:-ABC Company has just closed to mean the immediate past--(may be one day.)
eg:-ABC Company has already closed indicates completion.
