We argue a lot but he s literally called me every name in the book and it really gets to me and makes question if he really loves me...

If he is freely calling you hurtful names, then he does not love you I'm sorry. Also, of course it's not okay. Break up with him.

No. Your boyfriend by no means should ever call you terrible names. Call him out on it and tell him how it makes you feel. If he still continues then maybe it's time to rethink your relationship
